- Machining – CNC machines ensure precision in the pump chambers, shafts, and mounting surfaces.
- Gear/Vane/Piston Assembly – Depending on the pump type, gears, vanes, or pistons are installed for fluid movement.
- Sealing & Bearing Installation – Seals and bearings are fitted to prevent leaks and reduce friction.
- Surface Treatment – Coatings or anodizing are applied for corrosion resistance.
- Quality Testing – The pump is tested for pressure, flow rate, and efficiency before final assembly.
