- Machining – CNC machines are used to achieve precise dimensions and smooth internal bores.
- Heat Treatment – The component undergoes heat treatment to enhance durability.
- Surface Finishing – Coatings like anodizing or zinc plating are applied for corrosion resistance.
- Assembly – Pistons, seals, and rubber boots are fitted inside the cylinder housing.
- Quality Testing – Each brake cylinder is tested for pressure tolerance, leaks, and proper operation.
