Description
Manufacturing Process
- Material Selection – High-carbon steel or alloy steel is chosen for strength and wear resistance.
- Cutting & Stamping – Steel is cut into links and stamped into precise shapes.
- Heat Treatment – Links undergo hardening and tempering to enhance durability and resistance to wear.
- Surface Finishing – Zinc plating, black oxide, or other coatings are applied to prevent rust and corrosion.
- Assembly – Pins, rollers, and bushings are assembled to form the complete chain.
- Lubrication & Sealing – Chains are lubricated to reduce friction and improve longevity.
- Quality Testing – Strength, flexibility, and load-bearing capacity are tested before final packaging.
